PROF. NJOKU DANIEL C DONATES BOOKS TO UAES

On Tuesday 18th February , 2025, Prof. Njoku Daniel C. of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Department , Federal University of Technology Owerri paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Vice Chancellor of University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Umuagwo.  The erudite professor seized the opportunity to donate copies of the five  different volumes of books he authored in the field of Agriculture and fisheries and acquaculture in particular.

Whilst presenting the donated books to the Ag. Vice Chancellor , Prof. Daniel C. Njoku  said he had thought of ways to contribute his quota to the development of the university and believes that his books will add  value to the university library , students and the general public.
Receiving the donations, Prof. C.C .Eze expressed joy and gratitude for what he described as an intentional act to help in the growth of the new university. He thanked the donor for his kindness and promised to make sure the books are made available and accessible to students in order for them to harness the inherent value in the books. The books donated are ; Fisheries and Wildlife of Nigeria , Basic Principles of Oceanography, Descriptive Statistics Step-by-Step ,  Laboratory Manual Vol.1 For Fisheries and Aquaculture Practicals.

present at the meeting were the principal officers of the university , Acting Deputy Vice- Chancellors of Academics and Administration Dr. Obinna Adumanya and Dr. Emmanuel Uzodinma respectively , the Registrar Prince Edward Njemanze, the Bursar Mr. Robert Anikputa and the very elated University Librarian Prof. Chidi Nwosu.
