Dr. Chizoma Olivia Osuagwu is a Senior Lecturer and Agricultural Economist specializing in Resource and Environmental Economics, Gender, Agroecology, and Agrohealth. She holds degrees from Enugu State University, FUTO, and Imo State University, where she earned her Ph.D. in 2018. Currently, she serves as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and a Governing Council member at the University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Umuagwo.
With over 60 peer-reviewed publications, she has made significant academic contributions. She has received multiple awards, including the Rotary International Award for Service to Humanity. Beyond academia, she is a philanthropist and peace advocate committed to community development and agricultural sustainability. A devoted Christian, wife, and mother of five, she enjoys reading and farming.
